最近的我

闹钟0555 响起。我很快地起身了。收拾好东西，喝了一杯热饮料，我出门去了。那么早，我去哪里呢？哦。。其实我是去晨运。我发现其实当我越是活跃，我越是有精力，而且午餐后没那么爱睡觉。所以，最近的我常常有运动。虽然不是非常激烈那种，但却足以让我感觉到那股活跃的力量。今天有点赶，因为我的buddy迟到了一点点。不过，还好啦。到公司已经920了！现在整等一位客户到公司来，说图画出了点小问题，需要我当场修改。我心里有点七上八下，希望并不是很严重，也希望不是很愚蠢的错误。

其实，最近我写得很少。原因是因为不知道该怎么写。而且回到家，都会觉得累，只想滩在沙发上，看杂志，看连续剧。要不然就是东想西想，偶尔会胡思乱想。最后，时间晚了，就去睡了。所以blog得很少。

改天，我再把最近的一些思绪写下来吧。

一年就快过去了，而新的一年会紧跟着来。时间一天一天过去，从来不会为谁而停下来。你今年过得如何呢？对于新的一年，又有什么憧憬呢？

busy weekend

It had been a busy weekend. I am feeling a little lethargic today because of the event-filled weekend. However, it had been a great experience and though I was tired, I enjoyed the process thoroughly. Thanks to buddy, who also needed some company in case she felt bored being alone at a wedding, I got a chance to experience what it was like shooting for a wedding day. It was really fast-pace, and at the end, tiring. Honestly, I had been feeling uninspired using the camera. Perhaps this had to do with my own lack of confidence in photography. However, I still quite enjoy the process of able to share someone's joy :)

As I said, it was not easy task... running here and there, understanding relationship between different groups of people, looking out for good moments, keeping oneself alert of the sequence of event... familiarise with lighting conditions, the venue etc etc... The list goes on...

haha!


anyway, wish the couple a blissful marriage, 甜甜蜜蜜!

recently...

throughout the conversation I was rather quiet. there was a pause when everyone took a sip at their cups. and I said...

myself : I would like to work away from Singapore one day... a couple of years.

Y : Where?

J : New Zealand.. lots of land.

S : China!!

myelf : ......

Y & J : Yah! China!!

myself : ...... actually how about a small town in .. Italy? .. hehe! or Netherlands?.. I dunno.. see how.

J : actually... what do you... is there anything that you really want to build?

myself : (... thinking... ) well, very simple. my own house.

crowd : oh .. ok.. hmm

J : house?? you think "Lakehouse" ah?

myself : well, you can say that... it is.. ( interrupted)

crowd : hahahaha!!

conversation ended... change in topic.

Sunday with friends

It was a great day out with my friends for dinner and drink. We talked about everything and enjoyed each other's company on Sunday's evening. I took the wrong bus and ended up in Boat Quay when I was supposed to be at Gallery Hotel... The walk to Robertson Quay was good and bad. Bad because the weather was not comfortable for long walking at all especially with the haze. It was good because I really enjoyed the change in scenery from Boat Quay, to Clarke Quay and finally, reaching Robertson Quay. The way home was another long walk from Robertson Quay to City Hall. However, the company of 2 friends made it all really wonderful. Finally, reaching home, I past by the nicely lit Indoor Stadium.

I walked a lot that day. But I enjoyed myself.

After dinner, we walked around looking for a place to chat. Finally, we chanced upon Chocolate Factory. We were there for a long 2 hours of continuous chat, and of course, wonderful wonderful delicious chocolate cake. For me, it is my usual Cappuccino to go with those chocolate delicacies.
